How To Use: Massage into the affected area in circular movements morning and night for 2 weeks. For ongoing maintenance, apply once daily. For enhanced results, incorporate a daily Abhyanga self-massage as practised in Ayurveda, use dry body brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system, and finish your shower with a blast of cold water.
