This kinetic sculpture reimagines traditional timekeeping as a deep-space station, blending architectural mastery with whimsical, high-concept engineering. With only 99 pieces ever produced, this "Red Edition" is a crowning centerpiece for any serious horological collector. Crafted from palladium-treated brass and stainless steel, the Starfleet Explorer features a brilliant red landing-gear superstructure. Time is read via an anodized red hand on a rotating central dome and three miniature red spacecraft sit inside the movement, completing a mesmerizing, slow-motion orbit around the mechanism every five minutes. The fully visible escapement showcases the beating heart of the clock, acting as the space station's main power core.
