Limited to 9,999 pieces, this Moonwatch has the words spoken by Neil Armstrong during his first steps on the moon engraved on the caseback, along with the time and date of the historical event. This enormous milestone of human achievement was also a big moment for Omega, and the Speedmaster instantly became a legend as the first and only watch worn on the Moon. Famously, it was Buzz Aldrin who did the wearing – Armstrong left his one back on the Lunar Module as a stand-in for a faulty computer.
