The loading phase requires 20-25g daily for 7 days, split into four doses. The maintenance phase requires 3-5g daily. Creatine is best taken alongside carbohydrates and protein. One level 10ml scoop provides approximately 5g. Cautions Digestive upset can occur when taken in excessive doses. Spread the required amount throughout the day in smaller doses. You may notice an increase in body weight at first, this is due to additional water retention. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
